Track Record
I speak often. Here’s how it’s gone and how I approach it.
Conferences & webinars
I’m at conferences and on webinars fairly often. A lot of that is professional services—including attorneys, which is a similar dynamic to your group: mixed sophistication, high expectations for “something I can use,” and low tolerance for a straight vendor pitch.
What audiences say
I did a presentation to about 150 attorneys on a webinar. They said it was the best one they’d been to through that program. I’m not that great a speaker—so I knew the content had to be pretty good.
That’s the bar I aim for: content that carries the session. Practical, clear, and something people can take back and grow with.
What I’ve covered
- AI basics: Leading models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), secure setup, projects, custom GPTs/Gems, use cases. This one has gotten the best response.
- AI + data: Using AI to improve analytics and navigate company data. Solid response, but the “getting started” session has outperformed it.
- Marketing automation: How AI changes the economics of campaigns and sequences—content generation, strategy, and execution at a fraction of the old cost.
