Session Ideas
Topics that hit your goals: pipeline automation, AI, content at scale—with options from “getting started” to “next level.”
What’s worked best so far
The session that’s gotten the strongest response is the one that starts at the beginning: how to use OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. We go through:
- Setting up accounts so you’re not bleeding company information
- Setting up projects and custom GPTs / Gems (or whatever the platform allows)
- Use cases with the main models—demonstrated, not just described
That “here’s the job to be done, here’s how we do it, and here’s a demo” approach tends to land really well, especially with mixed audiences. By September we can keep that foundation and layer in more advanced material if the committee wants.
How it maps to what you want
You mentioned:
- Pipeline automation — Using AI to build and run sequences (sales or nurture) without the old cost barrier.
- Efficiency & content — Leveraging tools to get content in front of people in a way that isn’t overwhelming or prohibitively expensive.
- Hitting different goals — Funnel automation, brand nurturing for existing members/policyholders, syndication—we can touch the high points across use cases.
The session can be positioned as: how to use AI and available tools to meet your goals, with a mix of basics (secure setup, projects, custom assistants) and “if you want to go further” (e.g. from text output to something more interactive, or into automation workflows).
Tone you asked for
Not “AI is going to take our jobs.” More: there are winners and losers; the winners treat it as an opportunity, make mistakes, and figure it out. I’m aligned with that—and with keeping it practical and vendor-light, so it’s useful for everyone in the room regardless of size or sophistication.
